Can I Provide Screenshots For You To Place In The Ebook?

We do not insert images or create images/screenshots for the ebook. If this is a requirement, then you must specify it beforehand and we will give you a quote.


I Don't Have Enough Money. Can I Pay You In Installments?

We would like to avoid receiving money in installments due to the time it takes us to keep track of payments and the reminders we need to send to clients.

If you would like to pay in installments, you would have to pay the standard charge which is 10% on top of the price we are quoting. Email us if you would like to pay in installments and we'll arrange the terms.


Can You Send Me The PSD Files For The Mini-Site Graphics?

The price of the mini-site graphics does not include PSD Files. If you would like to have the PSD files, you would need to pay an additional $20.


What If Your Work Is Not On Time?

We will give you a date of when your order will be completed. Sometimes due to unforeseen events, we can be late. But this rarely occurs and we do email our clients as soon as we know.

If we're late for more than 3 days and we have not notified you, we will return 20% of your payment and complete the order as soon as we can. This has never happened before. The term is here for those who are very concerned with delivery times.

This condition does not apply if the delay is on your side such as not answering emails, requesting extra work to be added and changing your mind.
